Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by adding two or more steps when logging in. To learn more about 2FA and why it is important, check out this article.

By default, Jackpot enables 2FA through your email address when registering, by sending you a confirmation code each time you want to log in to your account. However, it is even safer to set up your own 2FA with your mobile device. It will be requested anytime you sign in or request a withdrawal.

To get started, you will need a 2FA app on your phone. We recommend Authy or Google Authenticator (available on Android and iOS). Once done, head to the Settings > Security page, click enable under the Two-Factor Authentication section and follow the steps to scan the QR code with your app.

Once done, it should display Enabled in your settings.

Caution: do NOT share your QR code or your recovery key with anyone, or they will be able to access your account.
