Withdrawing your funds from your Jackpot account is a quick and easy task. Let's see how to do it!
Withdrawing your funds
On any page, click on the Cashier button at the center top, and hit the Withdraw button.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw
If multiple networks are available for this crypto, please select the right one under Network
Under Amount, simply input the amount you want to withdraw
Quick tip: use the MAX button to automatically fill in the field with the full amount you have availableUnder Receiver Address, input your crypto address (from your wallet or exchange) where you would like to receive your funds
You are now ready to request your withdrawal. You will be required to enter your 2FA code (whether you have it set by email or mobile device)
Potential delays
If you think your withdrawal is taking too long, it could be because of a few reasons such as network congestion or wrong address/network (make sure to always triple-check these!). Withdrawal History
To access your history, click on View Withdrawal History. You can see all your previous withdrawals and their status.
Withdrawal Limits & Fees
