How to self-exclude

Temporarily or permanently closing your account

To provide a safer place for gambling, we provide a self-exclusion process allowing you to temporarily or permanently close your account in a couple of simple steps.

Before continuing, we believe it is important all players understand that:

  • We fully support anyone choosing to self-exclude/close their account.

  • We will require you to withdraw your funds before initiating the process.

  • Self-exclusion can NOT be reversed. Our support team can not and will not change your self-exclusion period.

To initiate the process, head to your Settings page and, under the Security tab, scroll down to Self Exclusion. Click on Initiate to get started.

Upon submitting your code for confirmation, you will need to complete a two-factor authentication (2FA) process. Following this, a 48-hour self-exclusion period will be initiated. When there are 24 hours left, you will be emailed a link prompting you to consider extending your self-exclusion duration. Keep in mind that the provided link will remain valid for 72 hours, and if you haven't extended the duration within that timeframe, you will need to restart the process if you choose to self-exclude again.
