As with all crypto currency transactions, there could be a number of different reasons why your deposit is delayed. Let's go over these and see what you can do!

Potential issues

Network Congestion

A common reason for having a deposit delayed is network congestion, which can lead to slower transaction speeds. Rest assured though, it is always temporary and usually lasts between a couple of minutes to a couple of hours. It mostly depends on how congested the network is, and the crypto you are depositing.

Transaction Fees

To ensure the timely processing of your crypto deposits, it is important to note that most cryptocurrencies we accept may require you to include a transaction fee. Generally, a higher fee results in faster deposit processing. Make sure to check your transaction fee to avoid potential delays, as transactions with lower fees may experience extended processing times on the network.

Wrong address or network

Be extra careful about the deposit address you are sending the funds to or the network you are using. It is crucial that you always triple-check the address and the network to ensure your funds get deposited correctly to your Jackpot account. If you think you are experiencing delays, it could be because of a wrong address or network.

What you can do

Number of confirmations

If you experience a delay with your deposit, please check the number of confirmations using your transaction link/ID, via the Blockchain Explorer of the crypto you are depositing. Depending on the cryptocurrency you are depositing, your transaction will need up to 50 confirmations before your funds are credited to your account.
