Claiming an offer is pretty straightforward.
Click on your User Menu (top right) and hit the Redeem Code option.
This will open the Offer Claim modal. You can now input your offer code, & click on Claim Bonus.
Received a bonus code through a link via email or a VIP host?
Click the link and the code should be filled out for you.
